Created in the south of France in 1936, this company specializes in the preparation and packaging of olives and has developed a range of spreads (harissa, pistou, etc.) and condiments such as candied lemons.

One of the references in the spreadable range is the oriental pepper delight packaged in a very beautiful 100 gram jar.
This “Charmella” is made with peppers, candied lemons and spices.
This preparation can be used as “dips” for your chips and other tortillas, it can also be used to marinate meat or chicken intended to be grilled, or even on rice or semolina, it will give an oriental note to your dishes .
