Cave Abbé Rous vinegar

Its place of production and harvest between the Mediterranean sun and the Pyrenean Mountain.

Its elaboration from a natural sweet wine aged for 4 years in wooden rooms which develops the famous “rancio aroma” (fresh walnuts and menthol).

Its acetification process in a closed process before being aged in oak barrels for 12 months.

You will appreciate its amber color, notes of nuts, gingerbread, beeswax, vanilla, and licorice which gives it a great aromatic persistence which will be perfect for elevating your sauces and deglazing.
