Biscuits BOUVARD is a french company located in Vendée and created in 1920.
All along the years, the owners have developped a wide range of biscuits from the famous lady finger and sponge finger to sweet biscuits, organic biscuits as well as ready to fill pastries, that delight both children and adults.
The recipes are constantly improved and made with first quality ingredients. Today we suggest you the lady fingers (called boudoirs in French) and the sponge finger (called biscuits cuiller).
The lady finger is more crispy and just coated with fine sugar whereas the sponge finger is softer and coated with ice sugar.
Serve with coffee or tea, or prepare delicious pastries such as strawberry charlotte, tiramisu, or create your own recipe.
